   Start your 7-day free trial with your name, email and a password. No card needed. Give your portfolio a name and you're in.

   Add your properties

   Type each address. It takes about two minutes per property. Add tenancies and tenants whenever you're ready.

   Choose what to track

   For each property we suggest the UK certificates and checks it's likely to need, such as Gas Safety, EICR, EPC and alarms. Tick what applies and add the dates you have.

   Upload your documents

   Drop in certificates, tenancy agreements and insurance documents. Link them to the right property and add expiry dates so they're tracked too.

   Get reminded, and act

   LET NEXUS emails you and shows in-app reminders before anything is due. Your overview always shows what's overdue, due soon or waiting on you.
