Where your data is stored

Your data is stored in London, in the United Kingdom. The LET NEXUS application also runs in London, close to your data.

Encryption

• All connections to LET NEXUS use HTTPS, so data is encrypted in transit.
• Your database and stored files are encrypted at rest by our hosting providers.

Only your team can see your records

Every record belongs to one organisation. The database itself checks, on every request, that the person asking is an active member of that organisation with permission for that action. One landlord can never see another landlord’s data.

• Team members get roles, so you control who can view, edit, manage billing or see sensitive screening information.
• Important actions are written to an audit log.

Private documents

Certificates, agreements and applicant documents are stored privately. Files are only ever shared through links that expire after a short time, never through public addresses.

Tenant screening

Applicants and referees use one-off secure links and don’t need an account. Screening information is only visible to team members with permission to review it, and LET NEXUS never gives applicants an automatic score. The landlord makes the decision.

Payments

Subscriptions are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Your data, your control

• Export your data at any time from your settings.
• Ask us to delete your account and data, and we’ll action it in line with UK GDPR.
• We use only essential cookies, needed to keep you logged in. No advertising or tracking cookies. See our cookie policy.

Who we work with

We use a small number of trusted providers to run LET NEXUS: database and file hosting, application hosting, email delivery and payment processing. They only process data on our instructions. Full details are in our privacy policy.
